Voting is a fundamental right, not a luxury.

I will fight to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to restore and strengthen the full protections of the Voting Rights Act.

Every American, regardless of race, creed, zip code, or income level, deserves equal access to the ballot box.

We must:

• Strengthen federal oversight to prevent voter suppression

• Protect and expand vote-by-mail access

• Ensure fair and equal distribution of polling locations in every precinct

• End excessive wait times that force people to stand in line for hours

• Protect early voting and same-day registration

No one should have to jump through hoops to exercise their constitutional right to vote. Democracy only works when participation is accessible, secure, and equitable.

I believe in a country where your voice is not silenced by bureaucracy, intimidation, or neglect. Expanding voting protections is not partisan; it is patriotic.
