Kyle Little was born and raised in Union County, New Jersey, where he developed a deep-rooted passion for community, service, and hard work. A proud graduate of Linden High School, Kyle went on to earn both his bachelor's and master’s degrees in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. His academic journey laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to health, wellness, and uplifting others.

From his early career working at community-centered gyms like the YMCA to national fitness chains including Retro Fitness, LA Fitness, and Bally Total Fitness, Kyle has dedicated himself to helping people reach their fullest potential. In 2015, he took that mission a step further by launching his own business, Isolation Fitness. A year later, he opened his first physical location in Metuchen, NJ, offering one-on-one personal training services. In 2022, he expanded with a second location in Edison, NJ, introducing group fitness programs to bring even more people together in pursuit of healthier lives. Kyle also is an adjunct college professor at Kean University and Middlesex County College.

But Kyle’s impact goes beyond fitness. As a small business owner, educator, and advocate, he’s seen firsthand the challenges that working families and entrepreneurs face in New Jersey. Now, he's running for Congress as a Democrat to be a voice for everyday people — not special interests.
