Before running for Congress, Kyle Little built a business around building people up.

Founded in 2016, Isolation Fitness began as a one-on-one personal training service designed to help individuals not only reach their fitness goals, but reclaim their confidence, strength, and sense of purpose. What started with a single vision grew into a powerful community rooted in health, support, and transformation.

In 2022, Kyle expanded the brand with a second location in Edison, NJ, introducing group fitness programs to bring people together through movement, motivation, and shared success.
